We offer half or whole beef options at a cost of $5.25 per pound of hanging weight, including the price for processing. These steers have been pasture raised, but have also been fed grain since weaning. We expect them to have exceptional marbling and flavor!

We have partnered with Fritts Farms to offer half or whole lamb options at a cost of $3 per pound live weight, plus the price for processing ($165 flat fee). These lambs have been pasture raised, but grained finished (while still grazing on the pasture).
